Position Summary
We are seeking a forward-thinking, solutions-driven Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our dynamic team at Cafua Management Company. Key Responsibilities :
Benefits Administration (75%)
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of comprehensive employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and various leave programs.
- Proactively assess and benchmark our benefits packages against industry and regional standards to ensure they meet the evolving needs of our workforce.
- Oversee the RFP process for benefits, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure optimal outcomes from external vendors.
- Build and manage strong relationships with benefits providers, brokers, and third-party vendors, ensuring clear communication and streamlined processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees, providing timely and accurate resolution of benefits-related inquiries.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to keep our benefits offerings competitive, compliant, and innovative.
- Optimize benefits programs to align with the company’s strategic goals, ensuring they remain cost-effective, sustainable, and reflective of company culture.
