Job title: Human Resource Administrative Assistant
The Human Resources Assistant will assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources functions and duties. The HR Assistant carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: departmental development, HRIS, employee relations and benefits.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to) the following
- Ensures new hires are processed in harri and ADP daily
- Maintain employee files through the harri electronic onboarding system
- Supports Operations on an as needed basis
- Assists with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR department
- Works in conjunction with the payroll department to ensure payroll deductions are accurately recorded
- Handle confidential new hire / termination information
- Assists the Director of People Operations, as well as colleagues, with various projects
- Performs other duties as assigned

- High School Diploma or 2 years prior HR experience
