Job Description: As a Dunkin' Donuts Crew Member, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a positive and memorable experience. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and adhering to all food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Take and accurately process customer orders.
- Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverage items, including coffee, donuts, sandwiches, and more.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the store, including the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Restock inventory as needed and alert management when supplies are low.
- Assist in opening and closing duties as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a fast-food or customer service environment is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math skills and the ability to operate a cash register.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent service.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent movement.
