Restaurant Associate / Team Member
You will be responsible for preparing the restaurant for opening by putting donuts in display cases and prepping coffee and food stations. Additionally, you will provide excellent customer service, resolve guest issues, and follow Dunkin' Donuts brand standards and recipes.
As a member of our team, you will also execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives, handle point-of-sale transactions with accuracy, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
