Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Take and process customer orders accurately, offering suggestions when appropriate.
- Answer questions about the menu and help customers with their selections.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and resolve them effectively.
- Ensure customers have a positive and satisfying experience during their visit.
- Food and Beverage Preparation:
- Prepare and serve Dunkin’ Donuts menu items, including coffee, donuts, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and other food and beverages.
- Operate kitchen and beverage equipment (coffee machines, fryers, ovens, etc.) safely and efficiently.
- Ensure food and drinks are prepared according to Dunkin' Donuts standards for quality and presentation.
- Follow all food safety guidelines and cleanliness standards during food preparation.
- Cashier and Register:
- Accurately operate the cash register to process customer transactions, including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.
- Provide customers with receipts and ensure correct change is given.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.
- Handle customer transactions quickly and efficiently, even during busy times.
- Cleaning and Sanitation:
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the store, including dining areas, kitchen equipment, countertops, and restrooms.
