Duties

- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to café standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Sanitate work areas, equipment, and utensils to maintain a clean and safe environment for both customers and staff.
- Buss tables promptly to ensure a tidy dining area for guests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Utilize POS systems effectively for order processing and inventory management.
- Manage time efficiently to balance multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or a café setting is preferred but not required.
