Duties
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, maintaining quality and safety.
- Operate cash registers accurately, handling cash transactions with precision.
- Assist with upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dining areas and food preparation stations.
- Follow food handling and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Help train new crew members on procedures and best practices as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or grocery store is preferred but not required.
