Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Manage the production of cake and prepared ice cream treats.
· Maintain a beautiful and well stocked display case.
· Clean and sanitize all equipment, utensils, dishes, work areas, seating areas, and restrooms
· Adhere to all Baskin-Robbins dessert decorating quality standards, as well as safety and sanitation regulations.
· Prepare specialty cake orders.
· Manage cake, icing and decoration inventory.
· Prepare all cakes and ice cream treats to Baskin-Robbins specifications and standards.
· Help in the front of the store if it gets busy and your assistance is required.
· Provide excellent customer service to every customer
· Ensure all trash is disposed of timely and safely
· Meet or exceed attendance expectations
· Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines and local and state laws
· Other duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience
· Cake decorating experience, preferably with ice cream cakes and treats
· Creative and artistic abilities
· Proficient in use of all cake decorating tools and equipment
· Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time
