What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production lead - Night shift position at Dunkin' - Franchisee Of Dunkin Donuts?
**This position requires a typical shift time of 1am-6 or 9am.**
Overview
A Dunkin Restaurant Baker is generally responsible for preparing and baking product according to Dunkin Brands operational standard. We are looking for a person that is knowledgeable in baking, creative and truly enjoys baking.
MUST BE 18 TO APPLY FOR JBOD / POSITION SCHEDULE REQUIRES OVERNIGHT TIMES BEGINNING AT 1AM.
Responsibilities Include:
- Follow Brand standards, recipes and systems
- Follow food safety standards
- Prepare food and beverages
- Understand restaurant menu including limited time offers and promotions
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Clean equipment and guest areas
- Understands ordering, inventory and supply
- Merchandising product
- Creative in decorating donuts
- Understands what are guest are looking for in our product
- Clean dishes
- Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
- Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas
Education/Experience:
- Experience is not required

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

- Monday to Sunday
- Night shift
