Shifts Available: 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM | 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM | 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

About the Role:
Dunkin' is looking for proactive and dedicated Shift Leaders to oversee daily shifts in a high-volume environment. If you excel in leadership, thrive on responsibility, and want to make an impact, we’d love to have you on our team!
Responsibilities:
- Shift Management: Deploy team members effectively to maintain speed of service and operational efficiency.
- Customer Service: Ensure every guest receives excellent hospitality and service.
- Team Environment: Promote a positive and proactive work atmosphere.
- Training & Development: Train and guide new team members to reach their full potential.
- Leadership: Collaborate with the central management team to achieve store goals.
Requirements:
- Availability: Must be available to work any 5 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
- Punctuality: Demonstrate strong reliability and punctuality.
- Communication: Maintain positive communication with the team and management.
- Problem Solving: Manage challenges with a solution-oriented approach.
