Job Summary
The Assistant Manager will play a key role in helping America run on Dunkin' by managing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants. This includes assisting the Restaurant Manager with shift operations, local store marketing to achieve sales and profit goals, and providing performance and training initiatives for team members.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience
- Be 18 years of age or older (or higher, per applicable law)
- Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills
- Be available to start work early, at 4 am, and maintain open availability to accommodate changes in the schedule
