Job Description:
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to help drive sales and profitability through the day-to-day operations of our restaurants. You will assist the Restaurant Manager in ensuring smooth shift operations, contribute to local store marketing initiatives, and support team members through performance and training programs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
- Contribute to local store marketing initiatives to achieve sales and profit goals
- Support team members through performance and training programs
Requirements:
- At least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience
- 18 years of age or older (per applicable law)
- Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills
- Able to work flexible hours, including early morning shifts (4 am start)
- Maintain open availability to accommodate schedule changes
