As a Member Opener for our early morning shifts, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a smooth start to the day for our guests. Reporting to the shift supervisor, your core skills in cash handling, food service, and POS operation will be crucial as you manage transactions and assist with food preparation. Your premium skills in time management and upselling will enhance the customer experience, while your relevant skills in sanitation and kitchen operations will help maintain a clean and efficient workspace. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers promptly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Prepare and serve food items according to health and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and kitchen areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service and quick service restaurant environments
- Proficient in using POS systems, including Aloha and Micros
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on upselling and sales
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions
