We’re looking for reliable and enthusiastic individuals to join our Dunkin’ team as Crew Members for the 6* AM Shift*! If you’re an early riser who loves coffee and providing excellent customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
This position requires Monday through Friday availability, with weekends as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and serve guests with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Prepare and serve Dunkin’ food and beverage items with attention to quality and consistency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including front-of-house and kitchen areas.
- Accurately process orders using a POS system and handle cash or card payments.
- Follow Dunkin’s food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Restock inventory and supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications:
- Must have Monday-Sunday morning availability and be flexible to work weekends as needed.
- Reliable transportation to work early morning shifts.
- Must be at least [minimum age requirement, typically 16 or 18].
- Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
