Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate assistant manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and hygiene in our store. You will play a key role in our food service operations, contributing to customer satisfaction and the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Supervise and train junior staff members, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Assist with inventory control to ensure that all ingredients are stocked and properly stored.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently during busy service periods.
• Collaborate with catering teams to fulfill special orders and events as needed.
• Monitor production processes, making adjustments as needed to ensure quality standards are met.
• Participate in budgeting discussions related to ingredient costs and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food handling or food service is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively.
• Knowledge of inventory control practices and cash handling procedures.
• Familiarity with restaurant management principles is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail with a passion for creating high-quality baked goods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
