Job Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the General Manager in overseeing and developing strategies to achieve the store's financial and guest service goals while addressing the store's challenges. Your responsibilities will include coaching and strengthening Shift Leads and Crew, serving as a resource for store operations, staffing, company policies and procedures, and resolving key guest issues. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the store meets operational and food safety standards, delivering outstanding hospitality, guest service, and providing problem resolution.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with experience in the restaurant industry or related industry, quick service and drive-thru experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills with ability to connect with and motivate team members are essential. Some prior experience training and coaching a team is also required. Additionally, you should be willing to learn and embrace change in a fast-paced environment, have a great attitude, be a team player who works well with others, is honest, and has integrity.
