What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shift Leaders position at Dunkin'?
The Shift Leader is responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute Dunkin' donuts operational standards and deliver a great guest experience.
- Deploy team members appropriately to meet guest's needs and service standards throughout a shift.
- Ensure the restaurant meets safety and sanitation standards, inside and outside the store.
- Ensure team members handle all Guest concerns with a sense of urgency.
- Candidates must be able to clearly express oneself verbally and in writing.
- Availability on weekends
- Cash handling management
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
