Part-Time Oral Surgery Associate – Join a Private, Specialist-Owned Practice
Location: 10845 Town Center Dr, Dunkirk, Maryland
Schedule: 2 days per week to start, with the opportunity to add more days soon
Compensation: Daily guarantee or 40% of production – whichever is greater
About Us:
Dunkirk Dental Specialists is a private, non-corporate practice owned and operated by specialists in oral surgery and periodontics. Based in Southern Maryland, we provide high-quality, patient-centered care without the pressure or bureaucracy of corporate dentistry. We're looking for a skilled Oral Surgeon to join us part-time—2 days per week to start, with additional days available soon as demand continues to grow.

- Implant placement, including full-arch and immediate-load

- IV sedation and anesthesia
- Interdisciplinary case planning and patient communication
- Skilled Surgical Team – Our assistants and admin staff are trained in oral surgery workflows and sedation coordination.

Who We're Looking For:
- Board-certified or board-eligible Oral Surgeon
- Comfortable with full-scope oral surgery and IV sedation
