Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig (DBL) is seeking a Legal Assistant for administrative support for our Florence, KY office. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Answering phones professionally and responsibly.
- Greeting clients for appointments.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Able to handle multiple office responsibilities simultaneously.
- Liaison between clients and attorneys.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task by prioritizing workload to manage commitments effectively and complete tasks within deadlines.
- Capacity to learn quickly and retain highly technical information.
- Superior interpersonal, organizational, and client service skills
- Detail oriented.
- Must have working knowledge of Office 365, Microsoft Outlook, and Teams
- Must have a positive attitude.
- Ability to speak French a plus.
- Must be in office Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
