What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse-Shipping Laborer position at Dunlop Manufacturing, Inc.?
Dunlop Manufacturing Inc., a fast growing manufacturer for the Music Industry located in Benicia, is looking for a great Shipping Laborer to join their team.
- Verifies counts, part numbers, and quality of incoming finished goods with Shop Order Docket Number.
- Stock shelves with finished goods by picking sequence locations and keeps shipping area clean.
- Pull products for sales orders by picking sequence and places orders in packing staging areas.
- Remove all empty cartons form shelves and return to packaging for reuse.
- Keeps all isle ways clear and clean.
- Performs daily cycle counts as needed.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Assembles sales and vendor orders and prepares goods for shipment.
- Load pallet racks and truck shipments.
- Ships orders UPS, FED-X ground, USPS, or prepares them for Truck, Air, or Ocean freight (Banding and wrapping).
- Ability to lift a minimum 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours.
Competitive Salary commensurate with ability. The pay range is initially set to be between $18.00 - $21.00 per hour.
