AR Assistant Dunlop Protective Footwear in Havre de Grace (MA) is the global market leader in safety footwear within the boots segment. Position Overview : The AR Assistant will be responsible for processing accounts receivable information and maintaining reliable records daily. The person will organize and maintain the AR aging and contact customers for payment status. It is also expected that the AR assistant provides support to the Accounting Team on matters involving transactions in the sales stream, such as some invoicing, complaints and returns processing. Essential Functions : Credit hold verifications and analysis AR mailbox management Customer Price Changes Review / set up new customers Process customer credits Provide customer statements and related documents Provision for Doubtful Customers AR Aging Reporting Collections EDI Invoicing Required Education and Experience : High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred. At least two years of experience in Accounts Receivable required.
