Summary: Provides ability to coordinate the activities of workers assigned to the supervisor and then report those activities back to the manager. Executing directives and plans handed over by managers of the supervisor’s assigned operating unit. Will handle or resolve daily issues, concerns, and grievances of assigned workers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
Supervision and management of resources to consistently meet needs by utilizing labor to:
- Dispatch parts and MRO items used in all parts of the facility by using correct practices which can require documentation/records.
- Receive and count stock items. Report stock items that have defects to QC supervisor.
- Label items prior to stocking.
- Verify inventory by comparing physical counts of stock. Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Determine sequence and release of back logged orders according to Work Order requirements.
- Sort, organize, and stock returned items from other departments for dispatched product.
- Utilize Lead personnel to provide support to Stockroom pullers as well as complete tasks/projects in a timely manner.
Supervisory Duties:
- Provide assistance, support, and direction to stockroom leads and stockroom employees on a daily basis.
- Oversee both Customs and Stock component dispatch.
- Recommend disposal of excess, defective, or obsolete stock.
- Maintain records of the use or damage of stock or stock handling equipment.
- Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare records and/or reports of inventories, cycle counts, goods issued, and goods received.
- Determine proper storage methods, identification, and stock location based on turnover, environmental factors, and physical capabilities of facility.
- Assist with work schedules and time off requests.
- Monitor productivity, train and coach personnel alongside Lead personnel.
- Develop strategies for process improvements.
- Maintain Safe and Secure Environment.

Education/Experience: Four year degree from college, preferably in Business Operations or other emphasis or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, you must be able to manage and supervisor daily activities of assigned employees and job functions under your supervision.
An employee must meet the physical demands described here to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. Occasionally required to kneel, climb, and reach with hands and arms above shoulder level, lift to 30 pounds. To bend, sit, stand, squat, stoop, walk, push, pull, and reach with hands and arms at shoulder level or below. Always wear the appropriate safety equipment, including gloves, glasses, aprons, belts, etc.
