We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor onsite in Carlilse, PA for a growing company!
Customer Service Advisor responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming customer enquiries through our omnichannel CRM platform and ERP system.
- Support and correspond with any customers who have inquiries, questions or issues that need to be resolved, delivering excellent customer service.
- Liaise with other departments within the company to help resolve customer enquiries.
- Abide by all health & safety regulations.
- Complete all required training. The summary of main duties & responsibilities is not intended to be an exhaustive list of tasks performed. You may be required to undertake additional duties as are necessary to promote the smooth and efficient running of the business.
