Senior Art Director / Designer
Dunn&Co. is looking for a Senior Art Director / Designer.
This Senior Art Director / Designer recognizes every assignment as an opportunity to challenge the status quo and disrupt the industry. This person also recognizes every assignment needs to accomplish client goals and have measurable ROI. They understand the two are not mutually exclusive.
This person is a team player, comfortable in brainstorms, and gracious working with others – not just fellow creatives. They recognize they still have things to learn in a constantly transforming industry.
The Senior Art Director / Designer should demonstrate an ability to elevate every assignment they’re on; from social design to a film campaign. They should be able to inspire those around them and push the status quo of mediocrity that plagues the industry. This person should be able to think in big, provocative ideas, but be just as comfortable designing a poster – whatever the team needs.
Your portfolio should reflect work with beauty, elegance and intelligence, and should include some sweet campaign thinking. This Senior Art Director / Designer should have at least five years of experience working at an ad agency in order to be seriously considered.

This position is based in Tampa, FL. We’re working hybrid, but full remote work isn’t possible.
Salary range is $65K-$80K, depending on portfolio and experience.
