I’m seeking an experienced and reliable Flooring Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation of various types of flooring, including hardwood, carpet,vinyl, and laminate, for residential projects. If you take pride in your craft, have attention to detail, and enjoy working independently or as part of a team, I want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut flooring materials to fit specific areas.
- Install a variety of flooring types including hardwood, carpet, vinyl, and laminate.
- Prepare subfloors, including cleaning, leveling, and repairing as needed.
- Maintain tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers to ensure satisfaction.
- Adhere to safety standards and guidelines on all job sites.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in flooring installation (minimum 1 year experience)
- Strong knowledge of different flooring materials and installation methods.
- Skilled in the use of flooring tools and equipment.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 75lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
