We are seeking a skilled Operator to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Operate heavy machinery.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to build and execute construction plans effectively.

- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform minor repairs as needed.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Caterpillar equipment is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate backhoes and other construction equipment.
- Experience in horizontal drilling and digging operations is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while adhering to safety standards.

Pay: $17.92 - $19.17 per hour
Expected hours: 50 – 55 per week
