What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher position at Dunn's HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical?
As a Dispatcher, you will provide support to department managers and technicians, while prioritizing calls, minimizing travel time, recognizing opportunities, and dispatching for profits. A successful Dispatcher will provide knowledge and support while also providing customers with a superior service experience.

Responsibilities / Duties (include, but not limited to)
- Organizing and scheduling of the dispatch board for multiple departments
- Verifying accuracy of jobs, estimates, invoices, and workflows
- Assisting technicians and department managers with field software related questions
- Prioritizing jobs
- Customer service communications
- Paying close attention to invoices, workflows, etc. in order to prevent errors, as well as, to correct errors when they occur
