Requirements:
· 0-3 years of experience in commercial property management (retail & office preferred)
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Exceptional customer service skills
· Keen ability to multitask, capable of handling multiple projects at the same time and having to change priorities
· Capable of communicating with landlords, tenants, vendors and staff.
· Positive team player
· Strong analytical, problem solving and organization skills.
· Adept at handling the job responsibilities independently.
· Accounting knowledge in understanding accounts receivable, payables, budgets and common area reconciliations
· Working knowledge of real estate management software a plus, Yardi Preferred
· Intermediate skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
· College degree preferred.
· Colorado Real Estate Associate Brokers License (preferred)
Key Job Responsibilities:
· Provide client/customer service and support to owners, tenants, and vendors
· Receive, respond and resolve all incoming calls from customers/tenants and handle complaints and inquiries quickly and effectively
· Ensure all property, tenant, owner, and vendor files are organized in Egnyte according to company standards
· Ensure all property, tenant, vendor, owner records are complete and accurate in Dunton Central
· Ensure all tenant/vendor/owner contacts are entered and updated in Dunton Central
· Create and update work order cases in Dunton Central to track all property work orders through completion
· Coordinate with vendors to perform maintenance repairs or projects at properties
· Manage tenant accounts, ensure timely collection of rents, and follow up on delinquent payments
· Ensure all tenant Prepares welcome packages for new and renewal tenants
· Assist with accounts receivable and payables
· Assist PM’s with bid proposals and preparing service contracts
· Prepare monthly property operating reports
· Assist PM’s with tasks associated with the CAM/Budget process
· Enter and track Certificates of Insurance in Dunton Central for owners, tenants, and vendors
· Prepare lease abstracts for new or amended leases
· Coordinate tenant events, Fire/Life Safety procedures, and move-ins/move-outs
· Work closely with accounting in preparing and reviewing annual property year-end expense reconciliations and budgets
· Assist with special projects, property on-boarding, off-boarding, etc. as needed
· Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours property emergency calls
