Dunwoody College of Technology currently has the need for Adjunct Instructors within its Arts, Humanities, Communication & Social Sciences Department. Below is a list of classes available to teach for the Spring 2025 semester.
HUMN2900 | Ethics of Artificial Intelligence | Lecture (3 Credits)
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is changing how we work and how we live our everyday lives, and new tools are being developed at an astounding pace. From chatbots to robots, AI tools--especially for those in technical fields--are embedded in our professional and personal lives. Making sure they are developed and used ethically, and transparently, is imperative. In this course, you will learn how to identify, analyze, and debate the philosophical issues raised by contemporary and future AI systems.

- Facilitates learning activities so that students learn the principles, theory, skills, and work ethic necessary to become proficient for entry level positions.
- Creates a positive learning environment.
- Monitors, assesses and advises learners on technical and academic progress and performance.
- Uses current academic and industry practices in assigned courses of instruction.
- Develops and upgrades lesson material, training aids and maintains equipment within assigned course of instruction.
- Assists in the recruitment, advising, and placement of learners.
- Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
- A master’s degree in the subject in which they are teaching; OR
- Any master’s degree and 18 graduate credits in the content area in which they are teaching
