About the role
We are seeking a creative Marketing Producer to support the team across various campaign and project productions. As a core member of our growing marketing team, you sit within Marketing Operations and are someone who lives for high-quality creative, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and you know marketing assets and creative deliverables inside and out.
The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated and resourceful, has strong project management skills, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and collaborates well with others.
You will...
- Work within the marketing team to keep our production calendar up to date
- Manage productions with the support of production companies, PAs, and freelancers
- Act as the main point of contact between production partners and project leads
- Manage external vendor and freelance relationships
- Source vendors, obtain estimates, negotiate, and own our production roster of contractors
- Own logistics and coordination of production elements and documentation including asset management, physical props, run of show, day of coordination, non-influencer / extras talent coordination, location scouting and booking, permits, insurance
- Manages the flow of creative feedback between production partner and project team
- Traffic deliverables to internal and external stakeholders and agencies
- Track budget for productions in coordination with budget owners

The actual salary within the range is determined by many factors including but not limited to, skills, experience, education, and internal equity.
