This is a full-time position located at our corporate headquarters in Jacksonville, FL., and reports to the Director, Corporate Communications.This individual will play a key role in supporting the development, execution, and optimization of our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with project management skills, creativity, and a passion for driving results. Experience in working with press releases, podcasts, and graphic design is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Annual salary $55,000 - $60,000, depending on experience, with annual bonus incentives based on performance. Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Assist in the planning, development, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including press releases, podcasts, social media initiatives, and internal communications efforts.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality written content for various communication channels, including press releases, blog posts, newsletters, social media, and internal communication materials.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate project execution, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with brand voice, and consistency in messaging.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, commercial, and project management teams to ensure messaging and strategies are aligned with company objectives.
- Event Support: Assist with the planning and execution of corporate events, meetings, and product launches. Provide logistical support, including setting up and assisting with the audio, video, and lighting systems for hybrid and on-site events.
- Vendor and Partner Management: Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to ensure the timely delivery of materials and the successful execution of marketing projects.
- Content Development: Contribute to the creation and development of visual assets for digital and print marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and promotional content.
- Campaign Performance Tracking: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. Provide actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.
- Marketing Calendar Management: Maintain and update the marketing calendar to ensure that all deadlines are met and key objectives are achieved.
- Website Maintenance: Assist in website maintenance and management to ensure consistent communication and timely updates across the company’s online presence.
- Industry and Competitor Monitoring: Keep an eye on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities and emerging strategies.
- General Marketing Support: Assist with other corporate communications tasks, including content creation, editorial support, and preparation of materials for internal and external communications.

- Media relations experience, including press release writing and media outreach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), and video editing software.
- Ability to maintain brand consistency across all communications.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Prior website management and design experience preffered
- High attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to stay current with industry trends and new technologies.
- Bachelors degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in similar role
- The work environment is mostly indoors, in a clean, well-lighted and temperature-controlled office.
