Description
As an Agile Specialist, you liaise with cross-functional teams and project managers to gather project requirements on behalf of the Software Development team. Within the Software Development team they will lead discussions to estimate work effort, allocate resources, and ensure project milestones are achieved in a timely manner.
What you'll Do :
Provide quality service to members, potential members and coworkers.
Demonstrate teamwork and professionalism in all interactions with coworkers.
Promote a professional image of the credit union at all times.
Gathers project requirements, writes user stories, manages project backlogs, and facilitates story pointing efforts for the development team.
Manages incoming software development requests and brings them to governance team.
Coordinate meetings with appropriate stakeholders, documents issues, and risks that may be discovered through project planning process.
Performs analysis of collected information to identify patterns and develop potential solutions in collaboration with designers, architects, developers, project managers and stakeholders.
Conducting all Scrum Ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Retrospectives, Sprint Demos, Story Refinement, and Release Planning.
Act as liaison between project team and assigned functional area for project-related communications and tasks; coordinates status reporting, monitor’s deliverable execution, etc.
Participate, lead, and / or coordinate end-user training.
Assist in testing efforts to ensure issues are identified and solution matches requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
