As a Residential Lending Servicer II Associate you will contribute to our success by:
- Manage Mortgage Accounts Post-Funding – Oversee mortgage accounts after closing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely updates.
- Process Payments & Reconcile Vendor Bills – Pay vendors, post payments, perform tax analysis, and manage escrow documentation with precision.
- Resolve Member Inquiries – Address and resolve Member concerns related to payments, escrow, insurance, taxes, and mortgage payoffs.
- Ensure Compliance & Reporting – Independently manage PMI, prepare mortgage payoffs, facilitate Fannie Mae sales, and complete month-end reporting.
- Enhance Member Relationships – Communicate effectively over the phone to build relationships and provide outstanding service.
What You Bring to the team:
- 1-2 years of mortgage servicing experience (or 2 years in financial services or administration).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills – you can prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills – you’re a great listener and problem solver.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (a college degree is a plus).
