What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Recruiting and Training Manager-Manufacturing position at DuPage Machine Products?
Midsize manufacturer of precision turned parts seeking a Bilingual Spanish/English speaking HR representative to facilitate recruiting and company-wide training needs and initiatives. This role's primary responsibility will be to recruit personnel for the various open positions throughout the company. Additionally, the successful candidate will have a background in developing and facilitating company-wide training programs in direct support of ISO and Aerospace certifications.
Responsibilities:
-Source, interview, negotiate, hire and onboard personnel
-Work with management and employees to introduce, develop and implement training programs that support the Company’s overall goals
-Develop instructional guides and course materials
-Ensure all employees are trained on ISO policies and department procedures.
-Monitor effectiveness of training program
-Work with the Quality department on training related corrective actions, both internal and external.
-Track and document employee training; Update employee training records
-Special projects, as assigned
Work Environment:
Majority of work is performed within an office environment, with much of the time spent on the production floor engaging with employees on training and development matters.
Requirements:
Minimum Education Requirements:
-4-Year Bachelor's degree preferred
Work Experience:
-Five years previous experience in teaching or training role preferred
-Previous HR Generalist or Recruiting experience
-Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Advanced writing skills
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet Explorer
Accurate and attentive to details
Bilingual English / Spanish required
