What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Attorney position at Duplass Zwain Bourgeois Pfister Weinstock & Bogart?
We are searching for attorneys licensed in Louisiana with one to three years of insurance defense and litigation experience to join our team. Construction defect and insurance coverage experience preferred. We have openings in our Metairie and Mandeville Offices.
Requirements for this role include top quality work product, excellent academic credentials (top 25% of class rank), providing exceptional client service, and an ability to work effectively individually and in a team. The candidate must also be skilled in the following areas: file handling, legal research, drafting opinions, legal memoranda, and compliance advice in a clear and concise manner, conducting depositions and inspections, appearing in court and arguing motions, and assisting in mediation and trial. Some travel, almost exclusively within the State of Louisiana, is required.
