Dupli is a private, family-owned company and began as an envelope printing company focused on servicing major Colleges/Universities, Banks, Credit Unions and Insurance companies in upstate NY. Over the years we have diversified our products to include Stationery, Marketing Collateral, Direct Mail and Repositionable Adhesive products (sticky note pads, wall/floor safe signage). We have also diversified our geography to include plants in Newington, CT and Malvern, PA. One of our key differentiators is our ability to ship lots of small orders. Our technology and online ordering system (DupliOnline) have enabled us to cost efficiently ship over 1200 orders daily. Nearly 90% of our orders come from 250 online platforms that are set up for our customers to order quickly and easily.
Job Overview
The CSR serves as the primary internal representative of the organization, responsible for expressing a sense of confidence in our printing services and capabilities to our customers. Will receive, review, and process orders, and resolve problems that our customers face with accuracy and efficiency, while communicating effectively with other team members and departments, ensuring excellence in service standards and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts.
- Handle incoming requests from customers and sales to ensure issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly with professionalism and a sense of urgency.
- Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including but not limited to order entry, online system troubleshooting, and mailings.
- Daily customer interactions via phone or email.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments/customers/sales.
- Organize workflow to meet customer time frames.
- Perform other basic tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Two- or Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Superior communication skills required.
- Experience in basic computer knowledge
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Ability to work independently with verbal or written instructions.
- Ability to work basic math calculations.

Pay Range - $18.00 to $22.00 per hour.
