Now Hiring: Warehouse and Shipping Associate

Are you ready to be part of a winning team? Dupli is growing, and we?re looking for a motivated Warehouse and Shipping Associate to join us at our Central New York headquarters. If you're eager to learn, grow, and contribute, this is the perfect place for you!

Your Responsibilities:

• Receive shipments, scan them into our system, and organize them in warehouse bays.
• Process and fulfill orders by pulling materials, packing boxes, and coordinating shipments.
• Collaborate with the shipping supervisor to coordinate freight services.
• Prepare finished printed products for delivery.
• Resolve shipping issues with suppliers.
• Assist press operators by pulling stock as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Support monthly inventory efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We?re Looking For:

• Ability to bend and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Comfortable standing for long periods.
• Willingness to learn forklift operation (experience is a plus!).
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
• Experience with ERP software and MS Office is a plus.

Compensation:

Competitive pay based on experience, starting from $16.00 to $22.00 per hour.
