About the Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced educator to serve as our Digital Learning and Media Coordinator. This is a unique opportunity to join the Duplin County School District team and make a meaningful impact on student learning.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive digital learning and media program. This includes:
- Leadership: Collaborate with school personnel to develop and implement the school improvement plan, media collection plan, and digital learning plan.
- Program Administration: Manage media resources, foster a love for reading, and provide coaching and support to staff and administrators on effective blended learning strategies.
- Master Teaching: Deliver instruction using technology, research-based, innovative instructional strategies to engage students and cultivate and support students' reading interests and learning styles.
