The DuPont Country Club is currently looking for a full-time Catering Sales Coordinator to join our team in support of Sales operations. This individual is responsible for supporting the corporate, social, sport and wedding departments of the Sales Office. The Catering Sales Coordinator will perform administrative duties to support the department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist all Sales Managers in the Catering Sales Department
- Meet or exceed annual sales targets.
- Maintain event/client records and information to make sure they are compliant.
- Assist in building relationships with customers by responding promptly to all sales leads that come in promptly via phone and email.
- Create, Manage and Update Menus.
- Maintain the Sales Office inventory such as card stock, files, folders and other office supplies.
- Prepare sales-related documents during the sales process, gather materials and set up information kits for Management.
- Create event enhancement plans with the sales teams help.
- Prepare monthly sales reports and submits them to the Director of Sales and Membership to help track the progress of sales activities.
- The Coordinator knows the property's facilities and activities well and may need to conduct site tours for a Sales or Membership client.
- The Coordinator must keep up to date on market trends.
The successful candidate will have:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management or equivalent preferred
- Computer skills required: (Catering Software; Microsoft Office; Outlook)
- General understanding of Canva as a graphic design tool.
- Comfortable interacting with clients over the phone.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong time-management skills.
