With minimal supervision and provided with general instructions, as an Engineering Technician you will be responsible for varied projects and tasks supporting product development and manufacturing processes. You will be assigned a wide range of tasks to support the technical needs of the Company and Engineering Department.
Responsibilities Description
Your key responsibilities will be/what you’ll do:
- Perform lab mixes according to a recipe. Retrieve raw materials from production or lab inventory and maintain records.
- Assist engineering with prototyping, sampling, and testing of new or modified products, including conducting pilot-scale mixing trials.
- Create documentation such as work instructions to support new and existing products, processes and equipment in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements.
- Assist with design and implementation of new products, processes, and equipment.
- Assist maintenance in troubleshooting and repair of equipment.
Job Qualifications
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing or lab work required. Alternatively, candidates with no experience but with a bachelor’s degree in a related field will also be considered.
- An Associate’s Degree in a field such as Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Industrial Engineering Technology, or Manufacturing Technology is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
- Mechanical ability
- Good organizational and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Willing and able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), such as steel toe boots, gloves, protective eyewear including goggles, face shields, and FR protective clothing.
- Willing and able to perform repetitive movement; including stand, stoop, and bend.

- The separation transactions are subject to satisfaction of customary conditions, including final approval by DuPont's Board of Directors, receipt of tax opinion from counsel, the filing and effectiveness of Form 10 registration statements with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, applicable regulatory approvals, and satisfactory completion of financing.
