As part of a global Product Stewardship and Regulatory (PS&R) team, the PS&R Senior Specialist will lead multiple businesses in global PS&R strategy and execution and provide regional regulatory compliance support for select businesses within DuPont Electronics & Industrial (E&I). Please note this is a hybrid role and candidates must live within a commutable distance to the corporate site.

We are excited to share that on May 22, 2024, DuPont announced plans to separate(1) into three industry-leading, independent publicly traded companies. This strategic move will create focused businesses with distinct investment profiles. We believe the proposed separations will create opportunities for all three future companies to better serve their customers and unlock long-term value for stakeholders. This process is expected to take 18-24 months from the date of announcement to complete. As part of a global Product Stewardship and Regulatory (PS&R) team, the PS&R Senior Specialist will lead multiple businesses in global PS&R strategy and execution and provide regional regulatory compliance support for select businesses within DuPont Electronics & Industrial (E&I). Your Key Responsibilities
- Partners with product management to ensure effective product safety risk management throughout each stage of the product life cycle
- Leads product regulatory compliance strategy globally with support from regional regulatory experts
- Provides US and EMEA regional regulatory assessment and compliance support
- Supports customers’ product safety and compliance requests while protecting trade secrets
- Guides and trains relevant business stakeholders in the implementation of PS&R management system practices based on internal standards, policies, and procedures
- Collaborates and promotes teamwork across functions and regions to meet PS&R goals
- Monitors for US and EMEA region emerging regulatory impact to assigned product portfolios
- Encourages product development that is safe and sustainable by design as part of new material risk reviews
- Participates in PS&R audits to showcase examples of conformance
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, Toxicology, Engineering or related field
- Global knowledge of US and EMEA regional chemical management regulations
- Previous expereince working in a similar role
- Project management work experience (5 years) in a combination of EH&S, PS&R, operations management, or engineering
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft® Office applications and ability to manage and manipulate data in spreadsheets and SharePoint platforms
- SAP® experience is preferable
- Experience with DuPont Electronics businesses and processes is preferable
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus
- Prior DuPont experience is preferred

- The separation transactions are subject to satisfaction of customary conditions, including final approval by DuPont's Board of Directors, receipt of tax opinion from counsel, the filing and effectiveness of Form 10 registration statements with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, applicable regulatory approvals, and satisfactory completion of financing.
