Job Summary
As part of a global Product Stewardship and Regulatory (PS&R) team, the PS&R Specialist will support multiple DuPont Electronics businesses in product stewardship implementation and regulatory compliance for the Americas and EMEA regions.

On May 22, 2024, we announced a plan to separate our Electronics and Water businesses in a tax-free manner to its shareholders. On January 15, 2025, we announced that we are targeting November 1, 2025, for the completion of the intended separation of the Electronics business (the “Intended Electronics Separation”)*. We also announced that we would retain the Water business. We are committed to ensuring a smooth and successful separation process for the Future Electronics business. Job Summary
As part of a global Product Stewardship and Regulatory (PS&R) team, the PS&R Specialist will support multiple DuPont Electronics businesses in product stewardship implementation and regulatory compliance for the Americas and EMEA regions.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Supports product regulatory compliance assessment, planning, and implementation for the Americas and EMEA regions
- Performs new material risk reviews and encourages product development that is safe and sustainable by design
- Partners with customers by responding to regional product safety and compliance requests while protecting trade secrets.
- Coordinates information exchange between local business stakeholders and PS&R subject-matter-experts
- Supports implementation of PS&R Management System practices and policy requirements
- Collaborates and promotes teamwork across functions and regions to meet PS&R goals
- Identifies and supports implementation of continuous improvement projects to simplify and streamline PS&R practices
Education & Experience
- BA/BS/MS degree in Science (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, Toxicology) or Engineering
- Knowledge of US and EU chemical management regulations
- Proficiency in a variety of digital tools including Microsoft® Office applications, SAP, etc.
- Project management work experience (5 years) in a combination of EH&S, PS&R, operations management, or engineering
- Experience with DuPont Electronics businesses and processes is preferable
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification

- The separation transactions are subject to satisfaction of customary conditions, including final approval by DuPont's Board of Directors, receipt of tax opinion from counsel, the filing and effectiveness of Form 10 registration statements with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, applicable regulatory approvals, and satisfactory completion of financing.
