Must live within 100 miles of Houston
Class A CDL with Hazmat & Tanker Endorsements
TWIC Card
1 year of Chemical Tank experience (within the last 3 years)
Must be at least 23 years of age
Successfully Pass DOT Physical
No more than 2 MVR violations in the last 3 years
No major accidents in the last 3 years
No DUI / DWI in the last 5 years
