Position Summary:
The Night Auditor oversees front desk operations during the overnight shift, ensuring accurate and efficient guest services while balancing daily financial transactions. This role combines customer service with financial responsibilities to ensure smooth nightly operations and the integrity of the hotel's financial records. This position is Sunday through Thursdays from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues professionally.
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Perform nightly auditing/balancing of Club financial transactions ensuring that all financial records are accurate and comply with hotel policies.
- Monitor hotel security, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
- Handle emergency situations per hotel procedures.
- Prepare for the next day's activities by organizing front desk materials and reports.

- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and push and pull equipment.
- Ability to withstand various degrees of temperatures during shift.
- Ability to recall member’s names to personalize the service.
- Attending meetings as assigned.

- May be required to perform any related duty as directed by management.
