General Mechanic Trainee – Facilities Management Salary: $24.90/Hour POSITION
SUMMARY: General maintenance
mechanic duties as assigned by a Maintenance Supervisor in areas of heating,
cooling, plumbing, electrical, pneumatic and general construction. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This position will cover a variety of duties throughout campus as it relates to
maintenance and general construction.

Hours: 7:00AM- 3:00PM, Monday-Thursday (Subject to change per CBA)

FLSA Status: Non-exempt
REQUIREMENTS: Minimum qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Two years of
related experience in maintenance or construction. Alternately, the successful candidate may possess any equivalent combination of
experience and training, which provides the knowledge, skills and abilities
required to perform the essential job functions. This includes, but is not
limited to, the following: General knowledge of heating and cooling systems, plumbing systems, electrical
and pneumatic systems, and general construction. Knowledge of and ability to use hand and portable electrical tools. Willingness to
