We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to perform various tasks on construction sites. The Construction Laborer will be responsible for assisting in the building, installation, and maintenance of structures while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate power tools and construction equipment safely and effectively.
• Assist in concrete finishing, ensuring smooth surfaces and proper alignment.
• Fabricate materials as needed for various construction tasks.

• Help build structures according to blueprints and specifications.
• Conduct flooring installation, ensuring proper fitting and finishing.
• Assist with drywall installation, taping, and finishing.

• Engage in frame carpentry tasks, including measuring, cutting, and assembling wood structures.
• Maintain a clean and organized construction site, following all safety regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with power tools and construction equipment is essential.
• Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques is a plus.
• Ability to fabricate materials as required for projects.
