Job Responsibilities
· Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to established standards
· Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures
· Test products or subassemblies for functionality or quality.
· Plan and lay out work to meet production and schedule requirements
· Gain a workable knowledge of the company's culture, processes and procedures
· Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures for health, safety, and environmental compliance
Job Requirements
· 2 years of production experience
· Excellent attendance record
· Strong analytical and mechanical abilities
· Excellent listening and communication skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
