Job Summary
The Warehouse Loader is responsible for stacking or moving cabinets in proper order in the warehouse and verifying complete shipments while loading trailers. This position is a labor focused job, you will be required to manually load all packaged materials into our shipping trucks.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Loads trailers and verifies all cabinets and parts are on correct trailer for proper shipment and delivery.
- Places cabinets in correct location in the warehouse and uses good judgment in stacking cabinets in a manner that prevents injury or damage to product.
- Scans small parts into the computer and places in correct bay in warehouse for proper loading on correct trailer.
- Assigns cartons and jobs to the proper loading rows within the warehouse.
- Participates and contributes to a Work Team environment and follows quality control checks.
- Follows all safety rules and contributes to a safe work environment.
Requirements
Required Education, Training or Experience
- High School education or up to one month related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills
- Proper lifting techniques
