Your Role :

  • Prepare for Perfection : Replace boards and fix up the exterior of homes prior to painting, ensuring a perfect foundation for our painting projects.
  • Diagnose and Estimate : Walk around the house with the homeowner to diagnose what should be replaced and provide an accurate estimate for the cost of the work.
  • Organize Materials : Order and gather necessary materials and supplies to ensure the project runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Document the Process : Use the app CompanyCam to document the process, providing clear and detailed records of the work performed.
  • Maintain Quality Standards : Ensure all work meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship, delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Your Skill Set :

  • Experienced Carpenter : Previous experience as a carpenter is required, with a strong understanding of woodworking and exterior home repairs.
  • Tech-Savvy and Solution-Oriented : Demonstrate proficiency in using technology efficiently, particularly for documentation and communication.
  • Project Management Pro : Strong project management, analysis, and critical thinking skills to handle multiple tasks and projects.
  • Exceptional Communicator : Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to ensure clarity and purpose in all interactions.
  • Customer Service Champion : Deliver exceptional customer service, making every interaction memorable and meaningful.
  • Cool Under Pressure : Maintain focus and composure in fast-paced situations.

    • Your Qualifications :

  • Driver's License and Vehicle : Must have a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to carry a step ladder and power washer.
  • Experience Counts : Previous experience in construction management or estimating is preferred but not required.
  • Educational Excellence : A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Industry Insights : Knowledge of the painting industry is a significant advantage.
