Duralum Products, a leader in the patio covering manufacturing industry is seeking skilled employees for their Will Call/Expeditor position. The position is full-time and offers competitive wages and benefit plans upon completion of the introductory period.
Summary: Preparation and delivery of customer orders for on-site pick. This will be achieved by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assemble and pull material for customer delivery against the B.O.M., initialing each completed check point and material shortages on paperwork. Audit of completed jobs either in lanes, truck area or carts.
- Assists customer with Add-Ons as needed ensuring credit check, C.O.D., and additional customer charge policies are followed. Accuracy is key.
- Keeps customer service as a priority by initiating and/or assisting with the loading of carts and other activities that a core to a quality customer experience.
- Follows B.O.M. to manufacture channel by cutting extrusions to customer specifications; stays focused on safety and minimizing waste during this process.
- Maintains a high level of productivity by working in multiple areas of Duralum as a team contributor.
- Actively participates in safety training; makes safety a priority each day; takes a leadership role among your peers by drawing pointing out any unsafe practices.
- Maintains a clean and organized warehouse. Team player.

Education and/or Experience - High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills: Must posses the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Must posses the ability to write simple correspondence. Must posses the ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
